You keep full ownership

When you upload photos to YourEyesOnly, you keep every right to them. We do not claim, license, or transfer ownership of your images. You decide which photos are visible, which are blurred, and what someone must pay to unlock them.

What buyers receive

A buyer who pays your price receives a limited, non-transferable license to view the unlocked photos in the album they purchased. They do not receive the right to download, redistribute, resell, or publicly display your content. Sharing or re-uploading purchased content is not allowed.

How payments are handled

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The price you set is the price the buyer sees. Stripe handles the transaction, and payouts are sent to the creator account connected to the album. We never store full card details on our servers.

In test mode, no real money moves. Switch to live mode only when you are ready to accept real payments and have completed the required onboarding steps.

Removing your content

You can delete any album you created at any time. Deleting an album removes it from public view and disables the share link. Buyers who previously paid will retain access to their receipt record, but the media itself will no longer be served.

What we collect

We do not require an account to create or buy an album. We store only the information needed to display your album, process payments, and generate shareable links. We do not sell personal data.
